we were here for lunch and were served friendly and quick. because my back was still too hard, I charged them. I then experienced the best complaint management. the chef has thanked for the honest words and looked into the mistake and gave a discount on the food and still spent coffee. that's it. it can always go aside, it's important just how to deal with it. This is a typical German restaurant with a small twist.The dishes were very tasty, excellent prepared. The small twist was the mustard (famous in Bautzen) that is added to some of them:- we had a mustard soup and mustard goulash The interior is very nice and cosy and the service professional.
They ordered a vomit (11 times), a coll and a beer. It's delicious, it's big. There was a garnir-friest fries in the house. The chinel itself is thin, with a crusty crust and not a hard-on namny, and it's good. Sardelek is not German, apple skirt, unfortunately, too... weird, but delicious.
we were there on a warm summer day and sat out. the service was on zack, friendly and courteous. the food (tagliatelle with pfifferlingen, gulasch with cheese and sour wort, chickennuggets with pommes and salat) all fresh and very well prepared. price/performance ratio good. happy again!
