Geiles Essen, geile Weine und eine sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung mit absolutem Serviceverständnis. Bei allen Hauptgängen (Perlhuhn, Nierchen, Gänseleberpastete zeigte sich die Passion des französischen Kochs für qualitativ spitzenmäßiges Essen Qualität einfach genial, dennoch bodenständig im Geist.
