Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen, dass es ok war. Normaler Standard. Qualität na ja… Die ausgefallenen Kreationen in der Vorspeise und in der Nachspeise haben mich nicht begeistert. Geschmacksache. Mich hat eher die Bedienung enttäuscht, ständig hatte ich den Arm im Gesicht beim auf- und abdecken und unhöflich wurde man ebenfalls von einem Auszubildenden behandelt. Außerdem halte ich nichts davon, die Auszubildenden in einem nicht zeitgemäßen Ton vor den Gästen zu korrigieren. Das geht heutzutage anders!
I must say at the beginning that I am a very big fan of Lapskaus and also very demanding in terms of preparation. In the black bear it was a great pleasure to order and consume this Lapskaus. Since I was accompanied and allowed to try his plate, I can say at least from these two dishes that they were very well and freshly prepared. We fed the Black Bear! The atmosphere in the restaurant is frescoly cozy. The service was very friendly and friendly. Even our dog was supplied with leaks and water. Overall, the restaurant visit was the crowning conclusion of a visit to Hooksiel. We're coming back!
Hier wird noch richtig gekocht und nicht nur erwärmt wie bei so mancher Konkurrenz. In Hooksiel mit Abstand die beste Wahl, wenn man ein Speiselokal sucht und es schmecken soll. Bedienung und Ambiente stimmen auch. Deshalb: Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Essen war wie gewohnt gut. Die Bedienung wenig kundenorientiert und z.T. herablassend arrogant,mit Ausnahme des Auszubildenden. Die Livree kaschiert nicht die fehlende Kompetenz!
