When flunder is offered with roast potatoes as a dish on large plates, one starts from a fresh catch and looks forward to what will be served there, but unfortunately it looked completely different from : 2 small flunders stacked on the plate, which were buried under burned roasted roasted potatoes, the rest of the roasted potatoes swam in the old fat in which the flunders were roasted. A spoon of sourough vegetables and 2 small pieces of cucumber, tomato decorated the plate. In a beachside seaside resort, it must be quite rustic, but the taste must be correct what was unfortunately not at all here!
