Zum Stadtkrug Schwerin

We expected a traditional “Brauhaus” with it’s dishes. The first look was very good. We ordered Bierkutscher-Steak and Wildschwein/Hirschbratwurst. After the first bites we were asked by the waitress if the food was ok, and we agreed on the steak, which was actually quite ok. But after a couple of more bites the sausages with the beer-sauce turned out to be way oversalted and therefore uneatable. We reported it to waitress, who said she will check it in the kitchen. After a fee minutes she came back and told us that the food was “Qualitätsensprechend” and therefore nothing to complain. No comment! Place is not recommended and we won’t definitely go there again.

New comfortable chairs in the restaurant create a more pleasant atmosphere. The lunch card is still inexpensive and the food is lovingly dressed and tastes delicious. Especially recommended is the liver.Simply a pleasure! The service is warm and unobtrusive.We still feel very comfortable and look forward to the next visit.

We reserved a table for our anniversary. The food was very delicious! Service staff was friendly and accommodating! We were also congratulated for the anniversary and had matching red napkins and a sweet flower on the table. We didn't have to wait long for drinks and food. We're coming back!

Good food, good beer, and we just had a great time. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. He also went out of his way for us with some questions and requests. We both enjoyed our beer and food and would come back. Réservez une table maintenant

Warm and quick reception and our order was also quickly accepted Tempo unfortunately dominated the further evening, which ruined the cosiness a bit, in general but delicious food, lush portions and delicious beer

This place is a joke ! Saturday evening, 9:15 …impossible to have a drink: ‘Jetz ist Feierabend ! Wir sind geschlossen’ Official closing time is 11:00pm… you just don’t want to work !
