Small place with 2 separate dining rooms one of which is the main bar. Traditional fayre at very reasonable prices. Portions are huge so consider sharing unless you are very hungry. Nice atmosphere and welcoming and attentive staff. I had the Schnitzel which came double-sized (standard) with a fried egg, fried potatoes and a side-salad. Washed down by a nice beer, it was very enjoyable. Worth it if you can get in, as I got the last table at 9pm. I expect it is very busy before that.
The place was very welcoming, althoug busy. We came here because of the good reviews and we were not disappointed. The portions are huge, the quality high and the prices tiny. It is most for meat lovers but vegetarian have some good options too. If in Goettingen og there, you will love it!
