We've been served very kindly and nicely, a waiter always had a loose spell on what was very amusing to us. The food was tasty, also the side salad top, as unfortunately it is no longer so often experienced that the individual components are made with dressing. If the entire team acts even more and faster to fill empty glasses, there are 5 stars . We like to come back.
This restaurant is very well managed and serves real good dishes, the staff is very efficient , curteous, cheerful and friendly. As a resident in Oberstdorf, my friends and myself go regularly to Zum Wilde Männdle and enjoy our stay there. When in Oberstdorf ..this is a m u s t !

I wish pint of beer without any heavy food , though was surely order something if waiter would behave in proper way. The reception guy said I MUST order food , but even don’t ask me what I prefer and not show me menu ....Going to Italian place , as they always welcome
Here you will find a wide selection of tasty dishes. The service is attentive and friendly. There is a large terrace and more often life music. Great meeting place in the middle of Oberstdorf. Often quite full, which also speaks for the good kitchen.
One of the best pigs I had. Excellent waiters who recommended me very correctly that half the witch was already very big (he was right! And another one who helped me very patiently in speaking German. We'll be back!
For lunch, we had goulash soup and Kaiserschmarrn. Service was good, soup was excellent. The Kaiserschmarrn was okay but could have been a bit fluffier. It's a matter of taste, though.

The food is very delicious, we tried the liver cheese (a sharp German meat). The place is also very beautiful, especially the garden outside. We expect to be back.
