We visited Zurich on a very rainy day. We wanted someplace for lunch and found this covered, outdoor eating area. It was cool but there were blankets to keep you warm. Almost everyone eating here had fondue. We had the traditional cheese fondue with bread and potatoes. It was an all you can eat style although we only needed one serving. You could also add various things to your fondue for a cost. It was not the best fondue that we've ever had but it was quite good. Lovely and fancy restaurant. We had a table reserved on the first floor, and it was overlooking the river. The service was extraordinary, and everyone was very nice. Their beef steak is one of the best that I have ever tried. The meat was so tasty, juicy, and flavourful, and it melted in the mouth. It was my birthday and at the end of our meal they gifted me with a birthday dessert with a candle I definitely recommend this restaurant. Wear something fancy

The architecture of the restaurant building was very nice and definitely Swiss. We were in a lovely room on the second floor. I didn't ask if there was an elevator and if not it is several flights of stairs. The staff was friendly and for our group of about 150 the service was very good and food timely served and quite tasty. Sometime I would like to return to experience the restaurant main dining room on the main floor.
We sat outside, a big plus I give to the warm seats with fur skin and woolen blankets, they keep us very warm. We ordered fondue (for the first time in Switzerland) and a beer. The order was taken quickly and delivered too. For the fondue
Stopped for lunch, no problems getting seated and service was good. Enjoyed our food and drink which wasn't amazing but still nice. They had baby seats available also which we found a lot of places in Zurich center didn't offer.
The fondue was tasty, although we could not choose the cheese. Other dishes were OK. However, it has a great river bank view. Highly recommend on a sunny day

The service of the waitresses is good but the manager or owner was rude to several diners, especially foreigners or at least those who did not speak German.
Very nice location. Tasty food, friendly and professional service.
