The service was great and the hostess was very attentive. This is a German establishment located out in the German countryside, consequently, the hostess does not speak English. She was very patient with our questionable or altogether absent German skills, but after all was said and done, we were able to order.The good was tasty, and it was clear from the moment the side salads came out, that we wouldn't leave there hungry.I had a turkey breast dish with mushroom sauce, It hit the spot. Good German citizen restaurant with small mistakes. Anyone who expects a 5-star restaurant is completely out of the house. But those who want good civic food in the early 80s with a touch of the 70s are here. It can be missing from my point of view, a bit of salt and pepper, but this is a matter of taste!

We are at times in the old door to Witten to enjoy grounded cuisine in rustic ambience. Schnitzel and Steaks are excellent. There is a classic, strong chicken soup, ham plate, hare bump and other tasty tempers, all at a very fair price/performance ratio.

Good. Ambience as many wrote here old and 70/80er style. But clean. There are hygiene rules. Food was solid (Snacks: camembert and Toast Hawaii). Capucchino was really delicious. Service was friendly.

We waited about 2 hours for the food, because before us the bowling alley guests and larger tables with several guests were there. We were cold. You don't need it on Saturday night.
