I was pleasantly surprised by the answer that I should order what I want and the kitchen would adapt the chosen dish for me. also the greeting from the kitchen was spontaneously changed for us (as it is milk-free, once lactose-intolerant) and during dessert we were directed directly to the sorbets. even if the dishes were served very meat loaded, the sweet was more than just a supplement.

We have eaten here more often and every time you realize that someone understands his craft and just cooks well. The service is always very nice and attentive. It surprises me to find such a small but stylish house in this desert. The rooms are clean and well furnished, without luxury. The house is quiet, more something for holidaymakers in the Odenwald. I did not visit the restaurant, but should be excellent with quality. Breakfast was okay.
