Zur Linde Rogalla

As a vegan I was very pleased to see what they offer for vegans. I choose a burger with fries and sat outside with a fantastic view to the market square and the old cathedral. The food was delivered very fast for being fresh prepared. The chips ( fries ) were absolutely nicely spiced and made from sweet potatoes. The vegan burger quality was very good and nicely arranged into a nice tasting roll. You could really taste the quality of the food and the love that went into. The salad was very fresh and crunchy . If picky eaters would have no chance to moan. :) Eating this fantastic meal in that beautiful ambiente made it into a lovely afternoon in the historical part of Meldorf . As some people know "Meldorf is a hidden gem" in North Germany.

it is often experienced that the chefs in normal restaurants understand nothing of good vegetarian or even vegan eating. this is probably not the case in standard training. but then there are also those who hate vegetarian law. also seems to belong to the chef in the linden. the weeding dish offered as a vegetarian meal was completely cooked and largely taste-free. the associated bratkartoffels were not good either. as I heard from others (omnivores), it was not good, but it can hardly comfort me.

the charm of the interieurs is great many furnishings still come from the 60s.Together with the good food and the nice service, one has somehow taken the feeling of a time journey into the past.I mean this quite positiw, because there are no more really German restaurants that are so wonderfully goodburgerlich.Meldorf visitors should come here and spend a nice evening.

whether brunch or lunch/- dinner - the quality is right. tasty and nicely presented. here you feel good if you don't just want to eat delicious, but you want to get really tired if you eat everything.

Excellent local fare with old favorite dishes, from meat to fish to veggies, well prepared, generous servings. Always a steady, year after year!
