An absolute highlight in Königswinter! The restaurant “Zur Quelle” at Drachenfels is a real insider tip! I was amazed by the warm hospitality and the charming ambience. The view of the Drachenfels and the surrounding nature is simply breathtaking perfect for a break from everyday life. The food was excellent: fresh, tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. The selection of regional wines perfectly rounds off the culinary experience. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. As a guest you really feel welcome and well looked after here. Cleanliness is not that important, the tables are not clean enough. Every time the guest reads the table, the table should be cleaned, including the tablecloth if it is dirty, that wasn't the case. When we sat down at a table, we also had bottles of oil and vinegar at the table dirty, very unsavory stuff like that at the table The service still has to learn what it means to say thank you when you leave a tip. That wasn't the case on Sunday August 25th, 2024. A tip was charged and not wing and I didn't even hear a thank you. I think it's a shame
Such a gem, all the food was very tasty, but the Ukrainian borsch was unbelievable. I didn’t think beetroot could taste this good. Hopefully I can recreate the recipe back home. The hot chocolate also tastes exactly like the one my mum makes.
Rustic restaurant with original Polish food. Nicely decorated interior. On a covered terrace it looks more standard. Prices moderate and the food like your mother's.

Only recommended! We ate here after a short hike and, in addition to the good food and beer, we were welcomed and served in a very friendly manner. Gladly again!
