On Thursday we have fresh fish from the fish dealer. Backfish made from fresh cod and spicy from hake, each serving is individually prepared and this is also delicious! Everything is super crispy, the fish remains tasty, juicy and delicate. And as a coronation there is still self-made Dipp!
