wishing to enjoy horse meat we found on the internet this restaurant which offered, among other things, a wide choice of dishes based on horse meat. not easy to find without navigator we arrived in typical rural environment, a few kilometers from berna, in a very popular place. the new managers continue to offer the specialties for which the local was known. the kitchen, visited by us is not of the modern ones and, if it is true the toilets are the mirror of the kitchen, we should not have stopped. the chosen thread was not particular. the kind service but not alacre. suitable for business dinners.
not the first time, but the last time. the food was good but did not justify the high price. the service was totally overwhelmed and has complained about the kitchen with every possibility loud and negatiw. we were housed in the 1st floor next to the buffet and had to listen to the entertainments and not only we but 5 tables paid and left immediately after the main course. no coffee or dessert and that on Saturday evening. apropos. only bottled wine, that's ok., because there is also open-loop, but then please with the bottle to the hospitable and decent glasses to the wine.
after the change of the night, here again for the first time. after the salat we had to wait 45 minutes for the lead. that was then moderate. the sauce bearnaise was very generously distributed to the meat, therefore the pommes frites also quite muddy, rindsfilet rather tough. the service was friendly, but totally overwhelmed, had no time for weeping and always running at the race. if high-priced weeping is offered in an open plan, these should also be brought to the table with the bottle. dei tanne from earlier was definitiw to classes better.
were a lot to eat and were accordingly disappointed when we learned that the restaurant is kept by someone else. why also "never touch a running system".The menu is with a few changes the same. cool we find that the order is sent directly to the kitchen via ipad. So certainly there are fewer order errors.Factory: meat super! cordon bleu super! service super! Only what has disturbed us was the loud rum commanding a woman who probably wanted to keep everything in mind. still less is more..Who will surely go back to dinner soon! great so

we were looking forward to the first visit at the new wet in the tanne. I was happy to find my beloved rossentrecote on the far too big map again. sometimes less. clearly there are new and interesting things on the map sometimes look next time. the service has been great effort, unfortunately not everything worked. false weeping and forgetting a supplement when eating. the food was really delicious and in usual quality. crimped butter seems to be the same as before.
we have been eating here for over 40 years. an example : rossentrecote, crimson butter with pommes frites and a green salate, which is a part of the history of the tanne. hans and hanni fuchs now go to the well-deserved rest. the tanne will continue and we look forward to the first attempts with the new team.
on Saturday 12.12.15 we were allowed to eat a wonderful evening with delicious food and good wine. the new host pair is very friendly and friendly as well as our service. the horse as always the hammer!For the coffee gave homemade Christmas, very fine.We are looking forward to our next visit in the tanne.
