Warum gehe ich in ein Restaurant- Ich möchte nicht selber Kochen- Ich möchte von einem Profi bekocht werden der es besser kann wie ich- Ich möchte bedient werdenDas Ambiente und die Lage ist hervorragendDie Bedienung war sehr nett und super aufmerksam, aber auch wenn nur ein Tisch besetzt ist und die Gäste zufrieden sind spielt man nicht mit dem Handy hinter dem Dresen.Nun zum Essen die Schnitzel waren Fertigkost aus der Tiefkühltruhe sowie die Kartoffelpuffer auch die Soßen waren auf fertigbasis hergestellt.Das Gemüse kam ebenfalls aus der Tiefkühtruhe, sowie die Kartoffelpuffer.Geschmacklich wer auf Kantine steht.Die Frage ist hier, warum gehe ich ins Restaurant? Damit mir Jemand Tiefkühlk...
Wir sind dort regelmäßig und sehr gern zu Gast, seitdem der aktuelle Besitzer das Restaurant übernommen hat. Wir freuen uns jedesmal, keine standardisierte deutsche Küche vorgesetzt zu bekommen, alles ist liebevoll und kreativ zubereitet und aus frischen Zutaten. Sehr lecker besonders der handgearbeitete Karoffelpüree. Nach krankheitsbedingter 2-monatiger Abwesenheit steht der Besitzer jetzt wieder selbst in der Küche und realisiert seine Idee von feiner deutscher Küche wieder persönlich. Wir haben jedenfalls für nächsten Monat eine weitere Familienfeier in der Waldhausstube gebucht...
Very idyllic location on the outskirts of Wetzlar (Nähe Festplatz vom Ochsenfest, Stadteil Büblingshausen). There is a spacious beer garden on the outside with an area where you can use, as well as an area where you have to get yourself. The menu is well equipped with dishes for everyone. Schnitzel, chicken carvings, various salads (with and without meat, homemade pommes (round, very tasty!), kiln potatoes, grater cakes, etc. Everyone should find something here. The service is fast, and very friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Very nice location, great ambience among the beautiful trees, food was great! With the staff, you could still work a little bit, made everyone a rather hoarded and energized impression, although everything could have been quite relaxed and it was not fully occupied. Die Gerichte werden frisch zubereitet, sind schmackhaft, die Portionen reichlich. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, das Restaurant sehr gemütlich. Wir sind jetzt seit mehr als einem Jahr dort zu Gast und haben noch keinen Grund zur Beanstandung gehabt. Réservez une table maintenant
