I waited years to re-visit this place, on my last visit i thought the food was good, but the service was severely lacking. Well i gave it the old college try and was disappointed, but not surprised. We showed up at 6:30 and were told (after we ordered mind you) that we could not dine in since they were closing. Note, the place is supposed to close at 8, but they were closing at 7. Typically i wouldn't even order from a place if i was there that close to closing. A reminder before ordering would've been a good way to let a customer know that we are the last customer (and we would've been ok with taking our food to go). But we were told not to sit after we had ordered. It was a demeaning exper...
This restaurant is excellent and conveniently located near my home, which I appreciate! I've been on the lookout for a delicious spot nearby. The rice here has a wonderfully buttery flavor, and the hummus—my favorite—is incredibly tasty as well. It tastes fresh and has a lovely natural flavor. The gyros are generously sized, packed with flavorful meat that’s simply delicious. They serve great gyro meat, as well as lamb and kebab, which is their seasoned ground beef. They also offer chicken, which is very flavorful.
Absolutely delicious!!! Today was my first time ordering from Zuzu Chicken and I am totally impressed. It is hard to find food that is flavorful, good quality and that it tastes homemade and Zuzu Chicken does all. Portions are large and their family pack is an excellent value for your money. We tried the tri-tip gyro, the rotisserie chicken and the chicken kabob and they were all amazing. Next time you are in Glendora give them a try, you won't be disappointed !
Super friendly family business. Love the chicken kabob with rice and garlic paste. I can't say enough about that garlic paste! I love this place as a healthy option when picking up dinner for my family. Make sure to call ahead and order, because they don't cook it until you order it.

I'm giving this place 1 star because it's 5:30 PM and they're closed, even though their posted hours say they close at 8 PM. I tried calling ahead, but no one picked up; I thought they might just be busy. I was really looking forward to trying their food based on the great reviews.
Different varieties of Mediterranean/armenian dishes to choose from. Also, the service is super friendly! The food was so delicious will be coming back soon definitely recommend this spot! the food was very flavorful and clean to the palette.
The food is made fresh to order, everything is fresh. However, there could have been more flavor. They will charge for the sesame sauce and white garlic sauce. I'm still unsure if I should come back.
I love this place. I try to stop anytime I'm in the area. Mom and pop authentic mediterranean food. It's really good and they're both really nice. 5 stars

Zuzu Chicken has officially closed its doors! The family has made the decision to retire. It was a wonderful restaurant, and it’s truly sad to see it go!
Although the food is good this place could really use an improvement with their customer service skills
