I really got excited when I found this charming little fairytale like gastropub. Unfortunately, it was the second to last day of my 1 week stay in Soest. I made up for the lost time by having breakfast, lunch and dinner here the day before my departure back to Düsseldorf. The locale is a bit off the tourist route though if you have the Google app it should be easy to find. There are 4 floors of eating spaces with chairs, tables, couches with each floor having a slightly different look and style. Food was really good and consistent. The local beer Soester was really good as well the interior 's intimacy, staff and quaintness is what really sold it for me. As a tourist, definitely a must to ch...
the visit in the wobbles was very disappointing. the air in this restaurant is to cut thin, the service an absolute catastrophe! there was no visual contact, no friendly smile. eating is more complete. the portions small and lovingly dressed. the prices are expensive. absolutely not justified. the beer is always very tasty :-) so: who likes to sit cramped and warm and does not put a value on service should definitely be there!

Great ambient and good. The service can be spotty. The place is rather small and tight but very cozy and have characters. Can't compare German restaurants in Philadelphia area. This is a real deal!!! The place gets pack fast so highly recommend making a reservation ahead from their website or simply call them. They offer menu in English.
after the recommendation of a native, "the wobbles" was recommended to me as the best address in soest.In particular, the wobbly soup and the even braute beer should I try.Beides was excellent. nice and quick service. Just as you wish good German kitchen.
One of the best brewhouses in Soest. Great self-built beer. Very good bourgeois cuisine with great soups and huge delicious main dishes. But the absolute flagship is that great friendly competent staff. Absolute recommendation.

Had a great lunch in this place. Nice schnitzel with fresh mushrooms, French fries and a little salad on the side for a decent price. Super beer as well.
