we started with 6 extra fresh medium oysters and then waited 50 minutes for the suite. the thin grilled line of 500 grams (22 €) is fresh and the flesh is fine but the fish is poorly cleaned and the traces of tripes mitigate appetite. has the table next door, even misadventure with the guts. The grilled turbot of 650 grams (28 €) is perfectly cooked. between 2 seas the estrille (18.5 €) pleasantly accompanies oysters and grilled fish. the coconut pineapple crumble is accompanied by a tiny ball of vanilla ice. at the end, 94 € for two, an excessive price/quality ratio given the preparation of the bar.
A must-have reservation is hardly made to make a long queue to eat in this excellent fish and seafood restaurant, located near the end of the oyster port of Ornos. everything is good and fresh (mmm. grilled dorade! ), chic and relaxed atmosphere, correct adduction in relation to quality. good white wines from the region. small walk at the end on the beach of the Quinconces nearby. parking sometimes difficult due to the world (leave the car to the church and walk on 300 m without the atmosphere.
We were delighted to find this restaurant, which we had a good memory, but it was a disappointment.Already the two services 19:30 or 21:30! not very flexible and obviously late and we only had our table at 22:00 afterwards, the dishes are good but no more, the desserts any...but it is mainly at the level of service that it is less well: late order, wine opened in the kitchen and laid at the table. The excuse for the high season should not be mentioned because the servers were in number. room too bright, kitchen noises, not cozy at all...Friendly but smokers. short 120€ has 4, correct, but it is in fact a good seafood canteen that a gastro restaurant.
dinner on terrace with friends on the weekend of 15 August. service from 9:30 but our table is not available. waiting 1/2 hour, the boss offers us a bottle of white wine. Nice welcome! Inputs, mackerel on tartine, octopus salad, stuffed palourdes, dishes, tuna tartar, cods, desserts, tiramisu, everything was delicious. excellent evening in a good atmosphere on this pretty andernos oyster port. We'll be back with pleasure.
