Just walking around trying to find something to eat and stumbled on this place. Great food in a little square to people watch. Great little place, only open for lunch Tues-Friday as I recall, but worth trying to catch lunch there.

It's a small cosy place with outdoor seating , in a vibrant square . The food is freshly made and delicious. Plenty of choices even for vegetarians. Service was exceptional and very friendly. Wine was nice . Nice change from the french/ European cuisine .

Charming small cafe in a square with lots of choices. So glad we went in. The service was attentive and fun. Food excellent. We had tempura asparagus that were barely cooked, crisp and hot. Served with a Japanese traditional sauce, mayo made with corn, and a veloute of asparagus. Wonderful!

Fabulous fresh food in season... Asparagus tempura to die for traditional Japanese and tasty South American Dishes accompanied by various gaspacho Empanadas wonderful Desserts delightful fruit nuts and light pastry Fabulous presentation and superb service!

This place caught my attention while walking around avignon. Empanadas argentinas in France??? I was very curious! So the next day I went in to try their empanadas. They were amazing! Freshly made, they have delicious flavors (beef, chorizo, chicken, cheese and ham, and a vegetarian one) They were so good that I went back for dinner the following night. I had a gambas risotto! Delicious as well. My friend ordered the vegetarian burger and it was sublime :)They have really good food, the attention is awesome and the restaurant is very cozy.The owner was super friendly, delightful! It's a must when you go to avignon!! PS: avoid the main plaza - Place de l'Horloge. Is nothing but a tourist trap with even worse food. Visit la Place des Corps Saints instead, and enjoy a fabulous meal with a Quilmes or a Malbec from Argentina

This was easily the best meal we had while staying in Avignon. The 'place' it's located in is a beautiful, cozy little square (as compared to the much more touristy one near the pope's castle), and the restaurant is decorated in a comfy, warm way. We ended up eating here two nights in a row because the first time just wasn't enough! The empanadas are seriously delicious, as is the vegetarian burger. The service was great, and one of the owners there is a real delight to talk to. We really enjoyed our dinners here, and we'd definitely come back next time we're traveling in Avignon!

In France two weeks, best food I had, had to come back for a second visit, co workers made three trips. The owner is fantastic.

Comme chaque année le rituel de traverser la ville pour atteindre le meilleur glacier de la ville à mon avis. Notez un service très attentif et souriant, aussi important que la bonne crème glacée. Sur la place une belle fontaine qui ajoute au charme de l'endroit.
