Firejacks - Réservation de table

Unfortunately after 6-6 trips we had our first bad one on Sunday. They had issues with the Open Table app and wasn't expecting us, the service was very slow and we just couldn't the attention of staff and when we asked for milkshakes as a treat for the kids were told they didn't have any milk... (there are supermarkets nearby) we will try it again.. but wanted to post a review in the hope management see that the standards which originally drew us in (i.e. super friendly staff, high levels of service etc) appear to be dipping.... hopefully just a blip.

The restaurant is clean and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I want to extend my thanks to Michelle and Pat for their courtesy and warm service. The food was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to return. I ordered the salmon with maple glaze, along with regular fries and sweet potato fries. They also have a great vegetarian menu!

I had my lunch this afternoon with my little one. Food was very good than I expected. I enjoyed a lot. There was a waitress called Kristo (I am not very sure of the name sorry: she was blonde skinny young lady very helpful. She kindly served us and made happy birthday celebration for my son. Happy to visit here, definitely come again and will recommend my friends. Thanks

Do not go here the food is disgusting, ordered a chicken burger and it was dry reheated small piece of chicken breast in a stale bun, and it was ready within 2 minutes of me ordering it!!! Worse than harvester I wouldn’t waste my money going here. Réservez une table maintenant

Service is excellent, warm and helpful. Staff seem genuinely interested in ensuring you're enjoying your visit. Kitchen a little less efficient with items missing from the dish and toppings not added but not bad enough to spoil the evening.

possibly the best eastern point I ever had, eating was fantastic, the service was brilliant. it is a very clean, spacious place, a beautiful chilled vibe. in any case they recommend when they visit the opposite.

Best sharing platter that I've had. Steaks, burger and ribs were great too. The staff were really happy to help us choose from the large selection of sauces available and were polite and enthusiastic throughout.

attentive staff, nice eating. I usually take photos, but eating was so delicious that it distracted me a little. the Cheeseburger spring rolls were absolutely delicious.
