situation idea surrounding in the center of bergheim with a nice facade think to book, the capacity to welcome is low, yet the rooms are boiling simple but mastered by the chef with a little originality beautiful wine map with very good advice possibility to taste two wines before choosing if you hesitatebon meal but I find the note a little expensive regarding other restaurants of the region on the same level of range
the reception is as usual very warm. in the warm evening in the small court the apéro enjoy as a good mood for the coming. the kitchen is very good, but still has capacity up. very beautiful wine map and good recommendations by the omnipresent chefin. the service speditiw and friendly, on individual wish incoming.
When travelling to Alsace a stop for lunch or dinner at Wistub du Sommelier is a must.This restaurant is very well kept and develops in -positively meant - slow steps thanks to the efforts made by Mrs. Schneider, the owner.The menu is traditional respecting "la cuisine du terroir" and the many great products of Alsace and France. The Chef innovates very wisely without losing this very special caracter of a Wistub. Excellent winelist with a large selection of good, very good and excellent wines. The interior design matches the image of true Alsacian restaurants, the patio is charming and the staff gives a great effort to fully satisfy the many guests from Europe and from Oversea.Good luck to the Wistub du sommelier.
nice and well-furnished place. the staff speaks English with a nice young maid who tried to speak Italian. wide choice of wines with the possibility to match different glasses for each dish. After two days of degotation in local cellars, we have avoided. .we opted for a menu at 30 euros consisting of a rain appetizer with potatoes and rombo dish to follow, with finish of cream cooked chocolate. Moreover, to test the meat also a well cooked and tasty boef entrecote. Good evening.
Vi fik 5 retter med vin og cremant som apperatif. Alle retter smagte fantastisk og var tro mod Alsace. Man får valgmuligheder i mellem vinen og oplevelsen bliver derigennem fuldendt. Derudover er personalet meget venlige og tilpas opmærksomme på selskabet og talte godt engelsk.
