My better half suggested that we bike from our hotel near Old Montreal to this joint in the outskirts of Montreal aka the burbs.on a steamy 95F hot day.

IMHO best Pho soup in Montreal! Family owned, friendly staff. Essayez la soupe Tonkinoise, miam!

our family had traveled to see us this weekend and we decided to choose iqori to celebrate together. when we arrived at the restaurant, the maitre d was cold and immediately told us that we were 10 minutes too late (our reservation was at 1:30 a.m. and we arrived at 1:40 a.m. and the restaurant closes by 2 a.m.) because we could order only 2 dishes from the menu. the fighting away he spoke, let us all feel unwilling and discriminated. when we got the check, we realized that our first host never gave us the choice to order from the cook menu at all, but he gave us only the lobby menu of the hotel. this made sense for us later because we found it strange that the pasta and club sandwiches we ordered was different from what we saw on tripadviser from the cook menu. we could not help to think that he was not disturbed to serve us, something that feels very discouraging to experience as hospitable. we had some back and forth emails with the hotel management after this experience. they assumed that the maitre d did not properly deal with the situation. they also said that they would make it clearer for future guests over the opening hours of the restaurant and that the arrival after 1:30 o'clock would lead to not serving the complete menu. their apologies included free aperitif drinks if we decided next time, something that can not compensate the price we have paid for such an unpleasant experience in our special occasion with our family.

Very nice living room, beautiful furniture, beautiful paintings and a warm atmosphere, we would like to come together with our friends

The restaurant is modern style by the sea more of charm, especially in the evening, but the nouvelle cuisine cooking is of a high standard. Prices include many freebies such as Nibbles, an Amuse Bouche and Mini Desserts. A small, well selected menu, with... beautifully presented to all dishes and delicious.

We rocked up at noon without a reservation. We were the first diners. We chose the menu Regina 39 euro set lunch with 2 choices. My wife and I chose the opposite, so all courses were covered and every plate was a joy. Minus point...for them not showing us the menu du hour at 29 Euro Location outside is ok but not fantastic sea views. Wine list doesn’t do the food justice even though it has the odd mega offering such as chevalier blanc. Overall wouldn’t hesitate to retun, for the lovely basque style cuisine.
