We wanted a light breakfast whilst waiting for our bus, but couldn 't find what we wanted on the menu, so had 2 coffees instead. A female member offered us bacon and eggs but this wasn 't what we wanted, the restaurant was empty but because we had sat in the eating section of the restaurant she got very annoyed and continually ranted on at us for not eating! She made us feel very uncomfortable and after s lovely stay in Biarritz left a bad taste! Don 't go there.
My husband I stopped at La Station upon arriving in Biarritz and is right near Gare de Biarritz . The food looked so good, we went back. Lots of locals eating here. I had a traditional dish Axoa de Veal with potatoes..so traditional and delicious. My husband had the entrecôte with sauce...the best. We finished with cafe plus a trio of 3 desserts, home made apple pie, chocolate mousse (but a thousand times better) and creme brûlée. The service is so friendly, especially the lovely Elodie who helped us with our choices and was delightful. We will definitely be going back before we leave Biarritz.
