This quaint little bistro is next to the Hotel Aerel Toulouse. As I checked in and walked back to my room, the amazing smells coming from the kitchen lured me in. Even though they were not yet open when I arrived, the host did offer me a glass of wine. The temperature was perfect to sit outside. They had a three system menu, main course, appetizer and main course or appetizer, main course and dessert. I chose the appetizer and main course. The king prawns were succulent and perfectly cooked. The main course of veal was a delight, everything was cooked properly, the vegetables were not soggy, the veal was superb. Worth a visit.
Four of us had our last French meal here and it may have been our best. As it is attached to a hotel we didn't have high expectations but it did have good reviews. One only had two choices for entree and plat, we sampled each and were completely pleased. The service was friendly and efficient. If you need a good meal, a mere 5 minute walk from the Toulouse airport this is the place to go!
An amazing new restaurant. Truly the most satisfying meal I have had in recent memory. Subtle, creative flavors and a visual delight. Just a 3 minute easy walk from the airport. An unusual location for such a special restaurant but it has to be a success with such a wonderful talented chef. My fish was amazing with a hint of chorizo, almost floating in a rich foam with tomatoes and my appetizer, gazpacho with tempura vegetables was perfect.
Bienvenu et possibilité de choisir une table avec le conseil de l'hôtesse. Un seul menu que les ingrédients avaient raison pour nous. Une petite collation avant notre apéritif. Bien. Le repas était bon et simple à la fois. L'atmosphère est un peu sombre, mais nous le faisons. Le prix du repas était très approprié. Vous devez savoir que vous pouvez accéder au parking de l'hôtel à gauche de l'hôtel en poussant un bouton à l'entrée.
