Our group stopped here for a small cup of Gelato to cool off and rest. The nice lady helped us select a new flavor we have not had before. The gelato was rich creamy and churned to perfection. Sitting outside were we could see the pink Ste-Marie of Calvi Church, some folks dining at the restaurants and of course the tourists walking the streets did increase the enjoyment of our cool treats.

If your eating dinner, lunch or coming back from a trip into the quai at Calvi make a beeline for this fab place and don't waste your time with the ice cream parlours elsewhere. Makes for a great desert replacement for some of the more budget restaurants. You won't be dissapointed :-)

A must go if you love ice cream and visit Calvi. All flavours are freshly made with local ingredients and they have specials like Rocher and Kinder as well. Don't miss the Stracciatella!

We visited Solea every night during our stay in Calvi. Between all of us we sampled quite a few of the flavours and all were pretty good. Our favourites were passion fruit and mango. Staff were efficient but not always friendly - but then, they were always very busy!

We tried their ice-cream once and kept coming back for more! Great tastes, rich flavours, big portions. A real pleasure!

Beautiful icecream but small paper napkins to clean your sticky fingers with! Great choice of flavours.

There is many different flavors and the quality-price is very well justified. I recommend the fruit flavors (my favorite strawberry).

We had two cups of ice cream. It was really fantastic. Highly recommend to try this ice cream if you have the chance
