It started off wrong already as we had to eat outside while there was a table free inside from people just leaving... I guess personnel was not keen to clean the table for us. The beer was a wrong order and finally the food was as good as the service: the fries were frozen fries and some still cold inside, the meat was bloody while we ordered well done, even the brochette was not cooked properly. Only positive thing was the speed, and we hasted to outside as well. Never again!!
This looked like it was going to be such an enjoyable meal. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived and we were greeted warmly and drinks and food order taken promptly. Then it started filling up and it was absolutely impossible to catch either the waiter or waitresses attention. When our food arrived there was no table-check afterwards to check everything was ok and we found it impossible to order more drinks etc. The food was nice, however. I had to ask three times for the bill and then waited and waited and waited for them to come and take my credit card. The children were getting restless and so they lkeft with my wife whilst I continued to wait for the staff to spay. I caught their eye twice and they acknowledged bu still didn't arrive. In that time they turned away a table for four which could have used our table had they been more prompt in allowing me to settle up. Finally they arrived with a credit card machine which needed two attempts ..... the food is ok here. The service most definitely isn't.
