This really was a spur of the moment lunch stop. Heading Cross country through France to Switzerland the time dame for lunch. Censeau was just a way point on the route but with the clocking ticking past 1pm and having missed lunch on previous days we just happened to stop here. Actually we stopped at the T junction outside and decided to pop in for lunch.Okay so this isn't the poshest most modern place for lunch but it is spotlessly clean, family run, friendly and very very good.A wide choice on the menu, a spacious dining room and attentive service. It's a little bit leisurely but hey don't knock it. It's family owned, family run and family staffed. And all the better for it.I had a simple omelette but the plat du jour of four courses for circa €12 looked delicious and more than ample. I'm not sure I could garner the appetite at that time of day to do it justice. So, four people, lunch and soft drinks for €39.40. Unbelievable value.A great find and worthy of recommendation.
