HiWe was in Le Bistort in Chambery in March 2017This is very good French restaurantWe trayed to make reservation in more than 15 restaurants in Chambery or Annecy, bud only Le Bistort accept our reservation after 14 o clock!In the restaurants working owners end everting is the best!

Found this place during a trip to Chambery when we lived in Torino Italy. Amazing food, great presentation and warm friendly service. Made a few more trips back to Chambery to visit this restaurant. Truly a great restaurant.

no bad evening in this central restaurant, but honestly, we expected better in view of the diverse positive reviews we had read. the « perfect eier » were far away, quite solid in the did, and the netzen were pleasant, but not much more than that. very... average service was nice and the wine offer ok. reasonable price. the whole experience could also have been pleasant with a few more degrees in the room. nothing terrible, by far, but not really justifies the fights.

I am shocked that this place is not in the top 10 in chambery. eating was delicious, I enjoyed especially the calves that was for dying. very friendly service. great decor. price was excellent for quality. great weinliste. would definitely return.

I had the menu with a local fish with a very nice wine. my man had a fishtar. everything was very tasty and the service was very friendly. a great proof of the quality of the French cuisine.

With a group we had a set menu. The salad and beef were very tasty and the wine was also very nice. The dessert was fruit and it wasn’t inspiring at all. I didn’t eat mine. The staff were great. They let us stay as...they cleaned up and we were chatting. Nice night.

We were lucky getting a table for 4 person on a Tuesday lunchtime without a reservation at Le Bistrot. We all had the plat de jour, the soup was very tasty, the fish delicious but the dessert was a bit of a let down, raw...sliced prunes covered with some crumbled biscuits. Still the service was great and prices are reasonable.
