comme d'habitude, le professionnalisme, la qualité et le sourire au rv et un prix correct. Merci à toute l'équipe.

In order. A colleague took me there last week and had a bento plus maki sushi. All good nothing bad to say and the friendly guy at the counter was nice and quick. Only thing is they're a bit pricey I guess...it's the fact of being on defense

Matsuri is a sushi bar in Coeur Defense's huge building. At lunchtime, the atmosphere is busy but cozy. Decor is light, simple. You can eat quickly. There is a wide range of Japanese specialties. I like the concept proposed by Matsuri: I pull fresh dishes prepared in front of me on the large conveyor belt. Sometimes it's a bit pricey because I'm tempted to take the train too many plates. I prefer elan soup, avocado maki, dorado sushi, shrimp tempoura, krabbenkan, salmon sashimi, veggie gyoza, rice and also green tea cakes. So, in conclusion, Matsuri Cœur Défense is a comfortable and pleasant diner.

At lunchtime today I decided to give this place its 3rd chance to redeem itself from two previous disastrous experiences and I have to say it totally failed. Every time I go there myself they sit me in the most secretive and uncomfortable place... I usually complain about it and they change me, but today I was way too exhausted to do that. They sat me between two big guys. The space that was left for me was so tight that even I am very small when I am I couldn't move my arms! It was bad as an Easy Jet flight, believe me. The Matsuri people have packed the place to put seats so close that it's really painful and cramping to be there. The food was average but when I was super hungry I made all kinds of thugs to try and eat. In the end it was so uncomfortable that I gave up. I mentioned this situation to the maitre/cashier and his response was (typically) that it was my fault for not complaining and being asked to change seats. Not analogue, I see no sympathy. Only the typical obnoxious and arrogant dismissive I-Do-No-Care-about-Customer response. I had a miso soup (not bad,) 4 wet maki and 2 small sushi salmon plus edamame and green tea and paid 17 euros. So, you see, not cheap either. In a clam, I don't recommend it unless you're really desperate for mediocre sushi.

I don't think there's much to say: this is typical run-of-the-mill sushi, fully boxed for lunch and has an average selection of fish. Inexpensive and with a typical atmosphere. The staff is really friendly, the price is ok. If you are in the Tour Coeur Defense...More Not directly visible, you have to walk around the tour a bit.
