St-Hubert - Réserver une table

In 2015, the atmosphere, service and the menu was excellent. 2017 is missing from everything. The price of the menu's 40 euros is not in relation to the quality and creativity of the dishes. The prejudice (foie grass and asssiet the fruits the mer) was good. The main dish is the size. Carré d'agneau is more bone than meat. That can't be for that price. The conjury lagumes de saison is a standard dish. It doesn't matter if you choose meat or fish or a cheaper menu. This place is missing all creativity. Too bad, there are so many ways with local season vegetables. The cheese board wasn't a highlight either. We got a lot of leftovers, a lot of crust, and little soft filling, the dessert. The abricots weren't ripe and tacky. The bulbs were full of ice crystals. The atmosphere was neurotic. The dishes were served at a high pace. during dessert, the unused tables were cleared. That doesn't make the mood any better. Is there still a professional chef in the kitchen? Or is that the new norm of the family restaurant? No, we're not eating tourists. We are lovers of culinary dishes, but we shouldn't be looking for that anymore. We'll be back to entrechaux, but we won't be at saint hubert for now.

Dernier repas avec ma mére de 77 ans.Cuisine super lente ( cet hiver).Plats sans gouts. Service ultra largué.Stressé...nul.Dessert une sorte de cygne en profiterole attendu une eternité livré ..en carton.Dernier repas avec ma mére. C' est amére comme souvenirs. Vraiment j' y vais depuis 1995..les gérants adorables sont partis en retraite..comprends pas.

Étant de Martigues je fréquente ce restaurant depuis de longues années. Jamais nous n'avons été déçu que ce soit par la qualité des plats ou par la courtoisie du personnel. Pour cette fois-ci nous leur avons commandé une bouillabaisse pour 10 dont 8 amis Bruxellois , que dire ? Simplement exceptionnelle, tout le monde a été ravi.À très bientôt

We took the day menu, because the rest of us were pretty pricey. It was good, but not very special. Serving's fine, and dinner's coming. Keep going. Which would require a renewal of card.
