In 2015, the atmosphere, service and the menu was excellent. 2017 is missing from everything. The price of the menu's 40 euros is not in relation to the quality and creativity of the dishes. The prejudice (foie grass and asssiet the fruits the mer) was good. The main dish is the size. Carré d'agneau is more bone than meat. That can't be for that price. The conjury lagumes de saison is a standard dish. It doesn't matter if you choose meat or fish or a cheaper menu. This place is missing all creativity. Too bad, there are so many ways with local season vegetables. The cheese board wasn't a highlight either. We got a lot of leftovers, a lot of crust, and little soft filling, the dessert. The abricots weren't ripe and tacky. The bulbs were full of ice crystals. The atmosphere was neurotic. The dishes were served at a high pace. during dessert, the unused tables were cleared. That doesn't make the mood any better. Is there still a professional chef in the kitchen? Or is that the new norm of the family restaurant? No, we're not eating tourists. We are lovers of culinary dishes, but we shouldn't be looking for that anymore. We'll be back to entrechaux, but we won't be at saint hubert for now.
