The question the executive asked us" What would you like to eat?" You don't expect it so direct, choice from different flesh species and fish, all fresh. It would be entrecote and immediately one of the biggest ones I saw on my plate would appear to be accompanied by different sauces, all homemade, fresh vegetables, and not just slash and tomatoes, no, even greens. The fries couldn't be any other than perfect, this is a beggar. It's a hotel, restaurant and bar and important: Open when the other one's closed. You'd better get in a spoon and you can't get anywhere except in the 100 unique. I'll definitely come back from the moment the opportunity presents itself!

came for a transhumance in a nearby village, the rain helping, I found myself in the obligation to find a "roof", and I think the boss felt my disarray and to take advantage of it to practice an excessive price! 65€ 1/2 pension person alone, while competing at 200 m, practice the price of 42 €, it is probably for that it was complete! Moreover, I had to sleep in a designated bed, because the 2nd was not done, very average evening meal, meat too cooked. my gift " € 05 gift, because I didn't take breakfast, because I was leaving for 05:30!!!!..I paid 64,40, for a taxed bed, a shower, a spray, and a very average meal.! I do not recommend this hotel/restaurant.

The time is late, fatigue wins us it is 9:00 and we arrive at espezel. This is not the final destination of our trip but we have to stop for the night. we enter this small village and a curious name draws our attention: the one hundred. without knowing what we're waiting for, we're parking and going in. we ask if it is possible to have dinner and to have a room for one night. No problem. The room that echoes us is at the 1st floor at the end of a corridor and quiet. Spacious enough with bathroom and wc. following the change related to the hd, the tv does not receive, but we don't care about the late hour and fatigue. After we're settled we're going down for dinner. It's 9:30. we are installed in the bar room, and we have a flat dessert entrance. full meal 22,50 €) the person behind the counter is also the cook. we accept a type menu and frankly we were pleasantly surprised by this cuisine rich in various flavors. Inside melon slice of country ham on salad bed with appropriate seasoning, then we opted for a Flemish carbonade, piece of beef cooked in beer, a speciality....A treat and a duck needle. We didn't take dessert having had trouble finishing our dish. There were different wines of the minervoie but we chose beer, the diversity of the choices offered in this matter made us think of an establishment held by a Belgian. our analysis proved just the boss is of Flemish origin. the next day we were entitled to a hearty breakfast served this time in the dining room with sharp but very cozy colors.

Hello and welcome to espezel, at the edge of the aude and ariège in the Cathar country. a stop to the "100 only" is required, fifty covers to the maximum. We took advantage of the restaurant part only, so I will not comment the hotel part. but frankly if the content is the same as in our plate...Follow! What a surprise behind this discreet façade that just shows its activity. research and mixing flavours but also the presentation, while remaining simple, give all its meaning to this country cuisine. Country, but not that! the chef and patron, Belgian of his condition, confesses to us after the meal and a long and friendly discussion that after having practiced large-scale restoration, only seeks to be enjoyed. Some recipes from the north are naturally fuzzing in his menu. So, it is our pleasure that has been filled. We ate for 22€50 integer, plate, dessert, 3 or 4 choices each time. (the rating to bone no comment.)! short! the "100 unique" can be seen in the image of its kitchen.Simple, friendly, generous.Good appetite!

How can he stay in france accept that his sign is so dragged into the mud? Mystery.Booking made in February 2015 for the end of May of a double room with toilet and shower room. deposits paid and booking duly confirmed. we arrive in a 3m cagibi on 2m of unimaginable dirt, without wc, on the pretext that a group of hikers has arrived and has taken all the rooms available! the sound of the bar, full-length music, occupied by a bunch of peppers that have been screaming for more than 2 hours, arrives to the unsound room at all. in short, a measurable hotel to avoid at any cost.

we decided to go to eat at this restaurant because our friends had praised us for the saint. valentine 2014 that it already deception the expensive price for what we ate: plate of industrial charcuterie I advise them the butcher shop in front of their restaurant that will sell them quality 'the main dish was correct ( of good and well cooked fish) and now the dessert of the holy valentine 2 miserable balls of sorbet thrown in a cup without other fioritures. in addition the wine well on. we don't understand the difference between the two years or more than perfect we've gone to mediocre.

We discovered the only 100 a few days ago. We regularly come to the region and knew the former owners. succession is difficult but it seems to us well gone and we would like to encourage this good start. Family meals, copied, simple but not too much, what is needed of refined (and on the sault tray there is a place to take.) local products well highlighted, successful cooking and if you can criticize the seasonings too light to our taste, you have to give a good rating for this service. only flat, a room service too light and lacking mastery. but we can think that will be quickly improved. We wish the new owner every success, and it will be deserved.
