Near the Castel of Comale we found this restaurant, alone in the field with an old medieval church... Nothing else around. We are here in d'Artagnan country. Very simple place but a great chef for very reasonable price. Foie gras with mango: superb. Ris de veau: so good.

Eaten here a few times, food very well prepared cooked and presented although the soup seems a bit "thin" Thee service is very good and friendly and the menu du jour offfers very good value for money. Of interest to note each time I have been there vegetarian options are available, something relatively rare in this part of fFrance

The people are lovely - service is fantastic even in the height of summer.The setting and surroundings are very pleasant whether sitting in or outdoors.We all know times are tough in the restaurant business but it feels like the ingredients have borne the brunt of the cost containment here. Perhaps a move back to some / any non - shop bought basics may help.That said, this resto is still very reliable and extremely welcoming.

c'est une cuisine traditionnelle gasconne, cuisinée avec soin et servie avec un amour chaleureux du détail et du confort. nous avons partagé un déjeuner convivial avec un autre couple. la nourriture était délicieuse et fraîche. l'offre et la présentation étaient discrètes et attractives. J'ai l'impression que les autres convives autour de nous mangent comme nous. le menu limité change tous les jours, une sélection entre deux ou trois plats. c'était un délicieux repas !

Je me suis un peu éloigné et j'ai découvert ce restaurant sur les terres qui s'avance comme les restaurants d'autrefois en France. c'est dans un parc comme la route avec une vieille église derrière. Je n'ai pas dit quoi. Je dois habituellement le faire parce que je suis végétarien, mais ils ont été très arrangeants et ont créé une belle assiette. l'intérieur est beau et confortable et on peut manger à l'extérieur pendant les mois d'été. ma compagne a aimé son repas qui était le menu du jour et elle a dit délicieux.

if you enjoy a “Bagdad Café” experience that eats among the trees, in front of a Roman church, in the middle of nowhere, this is a really good place to go into the gers. the chef and his wife are very friendly, which is eating. tasty and the 4 curs menu is not even 14€. I ate krugités as starter really fresh) my mother had an salat with sour and nuts when she took a brochette of hearing and I took the grilled meat. only honest eating in the artcast gers environment with jazz music. this meal made my day, beautiful place

good value, excellent selection of food and friendly staff. the plots are beautiful and lime trees offer shade during eating.
