the title would already be exhaustive. Indeed, my reviews are always very moderate and respectful of the work of others, but in this case, if I could, I would rate with zero balls (more than bad). dinner in two on August 15. we sit down, and we ask for an aperitif - cup of roses -, during the ordination. they bring us and make to taste first the bottle of red wine, which the rose (aperitif), of which the owner has forgotten. the appetizer arrives at the table, without aperitif: we remind the owner of having ordered it and only then they postpone the appetizer in the kitchen to serve dry the glass of roses, returning it after about half an hour with great delay and disappointment. This already denotes a confusing state of service. the appetizer: I take it will work with anciennes tomatoes, which, beyond the improperly emphatic name, of art has very little. This is tomato slices, with a soft cheese (semi-liquid), flavored, and a piece of bread equally watered: absent and indecipherable goto, absolutely soft consistency. lacks an element of crispness. I couldn't, bad. my partner orders the foie gras, in which he prevades the side fat, but it is still just enough. second we order a plate based on duck breast, with agro-dolce taste, and every kind of sauce, vegetables and dried fruit, an incomprehensible mixture: completely missing an identity in the dish and the preparation is poor, bad. wine, equinoze da le beau de provence (€42,00), recommended by the owner, almost not drinking. the negativity of the evaluation takes into account the fact that, for two dishes, and a wine, the final account €151,60 (!!!): nice place from the outside, a mirror for alodole. never again. Not recommended. ah, I forgot: not having money, I place to the holder four notes from €50,00 and instead that round to €150,00 - taking into account also of the disservices reserved to our table -, brings me the rest of €48.40 (!!!). evaluate you.

The whole setting is top. It was a peaceful day, but very cozy on the terrace the great parasols. The food and the service was also top. We had lunch there. We'll definitely come back.

again present in this wonderful setting, despite an evening with the full restaurant, the service was neat, quick and efficient, the gourmet menu we have been tasted at the top, hopes to test once the menu of lunch. I continue to strongly recommend this establishment and look forward to my next visit.

Everything seemed, of course, paper. a menu at 52 euros that puts us in appetite. First dish. First mistake. gambas snacks good but dip in a really tasteless broth. I'm still looking for the ricotta quarrel. The beef for the dish was good. Controlled cooking. The accompaniment was good. dessert was also good but no ecstasy for the whole meal. besides the pleasant frame and the very nice staff the addition is for the very salty blow for dish without great flavor or great originality. for cheaper elsewhere or at price equivalent we eat much better.

Last night 11 o'clock, menu at 52€.Amusement velvety palate with zucchini (no gout).Snacked snacks (ah!)smoothie of cucumber and its ricotta qunelle. translation raw gambas diping in an insipid brouet and a cheese spoon with 2 lemon beads(Hello molecular cuisine). the other foie gras inlet with half a centimetre of fat and the heart of the slice hard enough to think that the fridge is really too cold. The wolf is nothing to say, if not some empty shells and the proportion of pepper too large. The fresh beef missed with maturation (I couldn't swallow a single piece. the mini burger, the top yes the bottom of the rubber. you must not announce tiramisu but tiramisu revisited by the way very revisited. It is imperative to explain to the pastry that the financial has never been two superimposed waffles. Positive points: the frame, the domain of the rosé lever, the staff(super) the awesome hotel master is very commercial( made us resserve the gambas(chauds) but still in the cold brouet, knowing that smoothie must be creamy almost with chewing. The opinions being shared pray the good god that the leader is in a great day.Ah! I was going to forget the reception of the senancole mas had reported the anniversary on my wife's 80th birthday. it would have been good alison that the pastry puts a candle on the financial waffles.

Of course, the frame is very nice, in a beautiful and large bastide, and the room is well decorated. The reception is smiling and the servers are also. But it stops there.Pay more than 50€ a menu with 3 gambas in input, 2 fish nets with empty shells in the plate in flat and 1 thousand leaf in dessert. and that say 20€ for the "children form" with a piece of fish and shells, 1 ice ball and a mint diabollo!quant to the "chamber head" who wants to do everything and resumes its servers permanently and in front of the customers...Pfff, how a table like this can be recommended michelin ?Let's hope that we will be less disappointed at the next resto because to drop 160€ like that

Popped in here on the way to L'Abbaye and Mont Ventoux. Simply excellent. A very short lunch menu promised that the the chef was having non of this pandering to whims. Much thought had been given to putting together splendid seasonal dishes which were just delightful. France at it's best...on 2 plates. You can watch the people in the kitchen and there was (on this day) much laughter and mirth, which translated to two really fine dishes, and as I left I realised that there are still places in France which can turn simple and very local ingredients into something really memorable.
