Restaurant Les Temps Modernes Réserver une table

Lors de notre séjour au camping la Marette près de Joannas, nous recherchions un restaurant à proximité. Nous sommes donc sortis sur Tripadvisor et il n'y avait qu'un seul restaurant répertorié. Heureusement, les deux critiques étaient très positives, nous avons donc décidé d'y aller et de vérifier. Notre première tentative de réservation a échoué car le restaurant était fermé en raison d'un dysfonctionnement technique. À notre grande surprise, le propriétaire nous a rappelé et nous avons pu réserver une table pour le lendemain. Ne manquez pas ce restaurant car il est excellent mais aussi très bien caché ! Il est situé au sommet de Joannas au sein du château ou de Marie. Il n'y a pas de banderoles marquant le restaurant et la seule chose qui montre qu'il y a un restaurant est une petite fenêtre à l'extérieur avec le menu. Une fois à l'intérieur du restaurant, vous serez surpris par la décoration de bon goût et le personnel extrêmement sympathique. Ils ont vraiment fait un effort pour que nous nous sentions les bienvenus et comme chez nous. Mais surtout, la nourriture était excellente. La plupart des plats sont locaux (Ardèche) et sont magnifiquement préparés. Poisson, volaille ou viande, tout y est. Il y a même un plat spécial pour les jeunes enfants. Donc si vous êtes dans le quartier et que vous voulez manger quelque chose de spécial, allez dans ce restaurant. C'est bien plus sympa que n'importe laquelle de ces pizzerias dont la région regorge.

While staying at the camping la Marette near Joannas, we were looking for a nearby restaurant. So we popped out Tripadvisor and there was just one restaurant listed. Luckily the two reviews were very positive so we decided to go there and check it out. Our first attempt to make a reservation failed because the restaurant was closed due to some technical malfunction. To our surprise the owner returned our phone call and we were able to secure a table for the next day. Be sure not to miss this restaurant because it is excellent but also very well hidden! It's located at the top of Joannas within the "chateau" or "Marie". There are no banners marking the restaurant and the only thing that shows that there is a restaurant is a little window outside with the menu. Once inside the restaurant you'll be amazed by the tasteful interior and the extremely friendly staff. They really made an effort to make us feel welcome and at home. But, most importantly, the food was excellent. Most dishes are local to the region (Ardeche) and are beautifully prepared. Fish, poultry or meat, everything is there. There's even a special dish for young children. So if you are in the neighborhood and want to eat something special, go to this restaurant. It's much nicer than any of those pizza restaurants that the region is littered with.

We could not believe our luck in finding this restaurant situated in the Chateau de Joannas in the tiny village of the same name. It happened to be at the end of one of our walks and with only half an hour's notice was able to accommodate our party of 16, serving various needs and tastes remarkably quickly from the short A La Carte menu. I particularly recall my vegetarian starter that included a delicious olive tapas and aubergine puree.The restaurant seemed to be run by a young couple and one can only wish them well in their venture. The refurbished Chateau room was imposing and the medieval hall next door even more so. How they can make a business of running a restaurant of this standard in such a remote place I have no idea, but I really hope they manage it.

Wij werden getipt door de vvv in largentiere dat daar een boeren markt zou zijn.Eenmaal daar aangekomen verkochten ze daar locale producten.We zagen een bordje staan restaurant, aan de buitenkant zou je niet zeggen dat echt een restaurant zou zijn. Maar eenmaal binnen is het een authentiek restaurant met een moderne uitstraling het eten was heerlijk(zie ). Ze sprak een beetje engels ze probeerde om alles goed uit te leggen en dat is haar redelijk gelukt.

Nous ne pouvions pas croire notre chance de trouver ce restaurant situé dans le Château de Joannas, dans le petit village du même nom. C'était à la fin d'une de nos promenades et, avec seulement une demi-heure de préavis, nous avons pu accueillir notre groupe de 16 personnes, répondant remarquablement rapidement à divers besoins et goûts à partir du court menu à la carte. Je me souviens particulièrement de mon entrée végétarienne qui comprenait de délicieuses tapas aux olives et une purée d'aubergines. Le restaurant semblait être tenu par un jeune couple et on ne peut que leur souhaiter bonne chance dans leur entreprise. La salle du Château rénovée était imposante et la salle médiévale d'à côté encore plus. Comment peuvent-ils faire une affaire en gérant un restaurant de ce niveau dans un endroit aussi éloigné, je n'en ai aucune idée, mais j'espère vraiment qu'ils y parviendront.

We were tipped by the VV in larger that a farmer's market would have been there once, selling local products. But once inside, it's an authentic restaurant with a modern look like the food was delicious. She spoke a little angels. She tried to explain everything right, and she did it pretty well.
