we love this place at the end of the day in the sunset, it's quiet (yes!!). cocktails are good, well-docked and affordable (9 euros the raspberry mojito.) and tapas add the small plus to this spot. Thank you.

Popped in here on the off chance for an evening drink. Very friendly staff and local customers made us very welcome and the cocktails were excellent! We'll be back again tomorrow!

pleasant atmosphere, simple, sunny terrace, quiet, unobstructed view on the pretty port of the fleet, waitresses rigolotes, excellent cocktails (ti punch, mojitos, spritz, lillet rose.), good tapas (acras, camembert bites, patatas bravas, planks.) a single problem: the embarrassment of choice. We've been there for years. Happiness to the fleet is here!

Stopped for a cocktail with my mother. We went in smiling, and I asked a question in French about a drink, and to be fair, some of the staff seemed friendly. We ordered two mojitos, literally took a sip each, then noticed a fly in both. We were sitting right there at the bar and 100% would have noticed if they'd flown in after we got them - we're both careful about that sort of thing. Anyway, I said it to the barman, explaining that I didn't know the word in French, but that there were flies in our drinks (I mean, we could clearly see that they were flies; it was fairly obvious, what with the wings and all.)! He reacted with confusion (I had acted out flies), took the drinks and looked at them. I had the fly isolated on the stirrer, while in my mom's drink it was on a leaf - she hadn't fished it out. He proceeded to tell us that they weren't flies (like, what)?! and basically stirred our drinks and walked off. I couldn't believe someone would do that to people; I mean, you're basically calling your customers liars or idiots! I told him they were, and that they clearly had wings. At this point I'm wondering what's the problem, like just change a customer's drink like any decent place would. But no, when I said it again, he took out a bowl of the leaves he uses for the drinks, flicked through them and told me that they were clean, and that they flies must have gone in after. The thing is, we were sitting right at the bar and hadn't taken our eyes off the drinks since they'd been served! No offer to change them, nothing a regular polite staff member would do for a customer. I found his reaction so rude. We left our drinks and walked out. I would have visited this place each evening for a drink, as it seemed so nice, but with that sort of service I wouldn't go back.
