A visit to this restaurant left us reeling! working in the tourism sector ourselves, all the golden rules of customer service were broken. When our food finally arrived after an extremely long wait (and no apology or explanation) we questioned the order and were told that it was correct. When we complained about the service and quality of some of the food (some meals were delicious) we were told that we should have noticed that the wrong food had been served and sent it back! The manageress was so aggressive that when we tried to explain that we had indeed, questioned the food order when it arrived, we were told that it was our fault. To rub salt into the wound we were actually charged for the more expensive cuts of meat that we had ordered but not received.No apology for the wait for the food, no apology for the mistake in the ordering and a very very unsatisfactory experience.
