We had here two times dinner, the restaurant is on the second floor of hotel Saint George They have a fixed dinner for hotel for 33 euro. The dinner is quite good , only the desert buffet was the two time we were there limited to only cakes .The restaurant is quit modern . Light and not really romantic The good thing for parents with kids is that immedialtely near the restaurant there is a play room We enjoyed the cidre there. The wine is not served in pichet ( caraffe) but only by glass or bottle . Becuase my wife drinks cidre I took the glasses The quality is good but the quantity is very limited oft he wine served Many restaurants in this region serve glasses 50 or 100% fuller (and lower prices) But that is the only comment we advise this restaurant.
Promise. The restaurant is located in Hotel Saint Charles. The hotel is really comfortable, offers great services and beautiful rooms. Really a good stay. Unfortunately, the restaurant is definitely not oriented. The place is beautiful and the service staff is efficient. The menu offers traditional preparations and some more ambitious ones. Unfortunately, these good rooms are betrayed by a very moderate kitchen. In two people we ordered two appetizers and two main thing: the only acceptable dish was "Salade, pommes de terre charcuteries ": much too little. Good wine list. The bill would be correct if the courts were not moderate. Too bad: I sincerely hope it was just a wrong day.
