My wife and I called for coffee one Saturday at about 3pm and the place was still buzzing from lunch. We were surprised by the amazing art work, the scruffy but clean interior, excellent blues music on a good sound system and people clearly having a great time. It was just fascinating. So we thought we needed to give it a whirl. Today it was even better than we expected. By 12.30 the tables were all taken and the food was flying out of the kitchen. As well as the Menu du Jour their was a big A la carte menu. We went for the Menu du Jour but still had 3 choices per course. All were excellent and well presented. A word of warning however, don't go if you are in a hurry. We were there for 2.5 hours but that's nothing unusual with so many people in a French resteraunt that only has two staff running the bar and serving at the same time. Another word of warning, you will need basic resteraunt French, we were the only non locals in there. So, three courses, wine and coffee for two, €50(£40). We plan on going back to try some more of the menu.
