We drove here from Nimes (50 min away) on a Monday arriving at 12:00pm. Lovely place! The decor outside is fantastic and with great views of where they pickup the oysters; we even got to see a load coming in. We ordered cold fresh oysters and also cooked, but unfortunately couldn't have any wine as we were driving. Would definitely come again when we visit France and recommend to anyone for fresh oysters and a great local experience that's not touristy. It's a small seemingly family run organization, and everyone was super friendly even though we spoke no French. There was one woman who did all the talking, and spoke some English which was super helpful. When you get off the highway, take the roundabout and exit onto the local street and follow the signs until you see Atelier Co on the right side of the street on a huge billboard. Park wherever there is space in the area, walk through their workshop of conveyors and you see the back by the ocean with tons of seating. Amazing!
Ce soir, mon beau-frère a emmené nos familles dans un fantastique joyau caché pour ceux qui apprécient les meilleurs fruits de mer de la ville. Prise directement du lagon derrière Sète, directement dans votre assiette. Je dois dire que les muscles que j'ai jamais goûtés :-)
