We were visiting Marseille and we ended up at this wonderful little restaurant by chance. Chef Johan Paolacci is a very good young cook and a real friendly host. You get the best value for your money . You leave the table with a full stomach and a still a full wallet. I cannot emphasize enough how we enjoyed our lunch there.
In our two-week trip to Paris, Provence and Marseille, by far the best culinary experience was had at Les Minutes Gourmandes in Marseille. This establishment is open only for lunch, but is well worth planning a visit there. Chef Johan Paolacci is young, but destined to be one of France's premier chefs. The menu is not the same each day as he shops each morning for the freshest and best to serve. His unique talent for combining flavors and using only the best makes a visit to this restaurant something to write about! The service is friendly, restaurant meticulous and styled in a young, trendy decor. Much attention to detail and service. Truly our best meal in France yet!
