we found this place on trip advisor and we were not disappointed. with friendly fast service in English we immediately felt comfortable. the menu choice and the price is great. it is obvious to take away from the amount of those who went out as we ate. that was a local secret place. the appetizers were delicious and fresh and the tandoori main course was excellent. in all we were very impressed and would highly recommend this restaurant to its price to quality.

absolutely disgusting. her moules marinière is rough. they were not fresh. my friend got sick after she had eaten something, and they still blamed us for the full price after we told them politely about their bad cuddles. I propose to avoid this place!

So wish I had spent 2 mins checking TripAdvisor before eating here. I had a sense it was a tourist trap dive but my other half was desperately hungry and needed to eat, so the decision was made. The charcuterie plate came with ham and...pats of butter but no bread. The pizzas actually had a really nice base, but were covered in half inch thick congealed cheese and were too greasy and heavy for us. My pizza mad son ate 1/4 of his unheard of. My glass of red wine was freezing cold and tasted like the bottle had been sitting in the fridge for a week. Despite telling them the wine was so bad I could not drink it, I was still charged for it, and only paid as I didn't want to spend the first day of my holiday having an argument with staff. One waitress served the entire place so it took at least 20 mins to get the bill and pay, extra frustrating when you want the whole sorry experience to be over. Walk past, there are many well recommended restaurants only a few doors down.

We ate the formule 18 (three courses for 18 euro) our expectations were already low because of the price, but still we were disappointed. The first course contained a caterpillar the waitress wasn't impressed and didn't apologize. During the main course the waitress offered grated...cheese for the spaghetti, but she never gave it. We weren't allowed to pick our own desert.

I want to give this restaurant zero but I dont know if it will get posted. We walked by and the male server (tall, glasses) stopped to talk to us (first Warning sign: when the server have to hustle passerby for patronage you know its...not a good sign) This was our first day and we were starving and he told us that Aioli is the local and best dish as it was a special. Our food arrived- the fish smells fishy and the green beans were limp and watery (no taste), the potatoes looked anemic and also tasteless. They veg looked as if they have just been woken up from the freezer and then boiled to their death. We tried to eat but couldnt- the best thing was the bread (which were brought from somewhere else) was the best thing. We complained to the server and he was apologetic and showed us the menu to pick something else (Mr Hyde) Then when he come back MrJerkyll this time he basically said she( has tasted the food and there is nothing wrong. If we wanted something else he would still charge us for it and its up to us. He sort of said its our fault that we didnt like it and she (manager inside maybe) have said the food was good. He admitted the fish was frozen and that its our fault for not asking if the fish was fresh. He was aggressive and said its our problem and he couldnt confirm whether the veg were frozen or not. He said that we can either order something else and still pay for the food or not eat but still pay. We were absolutely fuming and decided that we wanted to eat something else later and would rather pay and walk away and not put this prison food in our stomach. And when he took the bill over -he put an extra service charge on top which i complained about and was removed. We have never been treated like that anywhere and also we were a bit scared if we didtn pay, we might get into trouble with the law (scaredy cats) so we just left. We went to Toinou later which provided the perfect antidote to the awful experience. This was a terrible resturant experience and the customer service made the whole thing a lot more upsetting. So if you dont mind what you eat and am willing to pay 13euro for someting you would get in prison then yes, this would fit the bill.

It was a beautiful evening strolling around the old port, and we acquired a table here to catch the gentle sea breezes just before sunset. We were relishing the tranquility over a bottle of wine, and ordered some dinner. That was where the magic stopped....The food was predominantly horrible. A meat dish arrived cooked to leather, vegetables were limp, and saffron colored rice was tasteless. On the plus side, my sea bass was fresh, and my companion's fries were extremely tasty (we usually don't eat fries, but did not have much choice due to a general lack of edible foods). We would return for drinks only, but would never eat there again.
