Le Beef Lodge Réserver une table

I called this restaurant two days ago to make a reservation and the lady who answered the phone asked me which service would I choose : 7:30pm or 9:30pm. I said 7:30 pm as 9:30 would be too late for the kids. She said OK 7:30 pm then and that she would call me the next morning for me to confirm the réservation. I said OK. She never called. I phoned the restaurant yesterday afternoon to make sure that they'd kept my reservation regardless the fact that SHE didn't call, the gentleman who answered the phone said that he didn't see any reservation under my name. I explained the whole situation and all he had to say was: we don't have your reservation, only the 9:30pm service is still available. Not even an apology. Total indifference. Unbelievable.

Le cadre est excellent et le repas était délicieux. La picanha manquait un peu de graisse. C’est ce que le rend si magique. Les tranches étaient très fines et pas assez imprégnées. C’était tout de même excellent.

C’est un bel endroit. La carte est intéressante mais ensuite bof. Le service est de bonne volonté mais amateur année. La viande est bonne mais pas au niveau d’un restaurant qui en fait sa spécialité. Si vous êtes dans le coin pourquoi pas mais ne vaut pas le détour.

Front of all, the service was kind and rafty. The meat was very good, and the desserts were top. If you're at the first table at the bar, and there's a group, you can't have conversations at the table, which is very annoying. You're expecting a [too] firm account, too.

Bonne viande avec accompagnement simple (purée, frites, haricots verts, salade.. Bon mais cher pour ce que c'est. Service pro mais assez vite débordé, on a commandé le vin avant que le plat arrive. Bonne adresse pour les amateurs de viandes mais sans plus.

really good restaurant. the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the food was raised. definitiw a bit on the expensive side, but for the quality and the area they expect

Pour qui aime la viande de boeuf, c'est le paradis, la qualité est là. le service est parfait, vraiment un très bon restaurant.
