My French friends from Menthon took me here the first time. Lovely pizza and very friendly staff, they recognised me days after that, and even the next year, Interesting detail: the 4-cheeses-pizza is made with four french cheeses.

We visited L'Imprevu on the recommendation of our friends Bruno and Armelle who live in the neighbourhood and who know Matthieu, the owner and we were not disappointed. As our friends said, Matthieu knows how to make a delicious pizza. I had the House Special pizza with Bufalo cheese, basil, tomato and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It was yummy! My wife had the green salad and exclaimed how perfect it was. Our servers were friendly and attentive and put up with my bad French. After our meal was complete we expressed our interest in meeting the Chef, Matthieu, who was charming. He took off his chef's hat and very graciously came out to meet us. We will return before we leave Lac d'Annecy.

We ate here twice during a week's stay. Both meals were excellent. On one occasion we sat outside (they put up a plastic cover on warm/dry nights which shields against passing traffic) and on the other inside.Pizzas were uniformly good. I really liked the one with the olive oil base. Salads were also good and the wine list is reasonably priced and very decent. Service was always friendly. You can order takeaway if you prefer, but more fun to be there. Desserts are decent and made on the premises-I had a really very good tiramisu twice. Very much recommended and very reasonably priced.

First night after a long drive and wanted somewhere local. Situated next door to a haute cuisine restaurant we made the right choice. we had the Lasagne which was delicious and the house red wasn't bad either. It was very busy with a constant stream of customers. The Pizzas were also popular and looked tasty. They also do takeaway. Going back for pizza that's for sure. Service was good and staff friendly

Ate here two evenings out of a four night stay in menthon. We are family of four with veggie parents. France is not the easiest country to visit as a vegetarian. Pizza is the one dish you can get as a veggie. This place was lovely. Kids loved it. And the veggie pizza was lovely. Nice thin crisp base with a good selection of toppings. Very reasonable. House wine very drinkable. And as we were here two nights they gave us a free alcoholic drink after our meal on the second night. The only down side was its located on the side of a busy street. If you sit outside you are right beside the road and the traffic and there are lots of scooters and motorbikes screeching by. We sat inside and we roasted but there was a heatwave while we were there. A very nice affordable place especially if you are travelling with kids

I've been here a few times. Just a casual, neighborhood bistro with good food and pleasant, quick service.

Posh restaurant next door fully booked so opted for a quick bite here, glad we did because enjoyed a nice pizza with friendly efficient service. Not much to add, but don't hesitate to dine here if other options unavailable.
