Nando's - Réservation de table

Ordered a takeaway from Nando’s last Friday and when I arrived to collect it the tills were down and they were unable to process my order through the normal channels. However, the manager was very professional under extreme pressure and managed to take my order manually, this incurred an additional 20 minute wait but I left with my evening meal where this could have finished with me leaving with nothing so well done to the duty manager that evening, kept the business ticking over until the till came back up a credit to Nando’s.

My family and I came to this restaurant tonight with our son who has autism. The service we received from Sam was outstanding - she took great care of us and showed amazing knowledge and support. She even provided sensory toys for our child and offered to lower the music volume. Sam is truly a fantastic employee and Nando's should be proud to have her on their team.

I visited the Merthyr Tydfil branch for the first time in a few months after going to Nantgarw regularly (We prefer that store). We were greeted by an Asian man with a beard who said “whatsa dudes” which we thought was unprofessional even though he was enthusiastic. Although we didn’t approve of the greeting, the food was fantastic and we will be returning.

The manager took my order happily and made my ordering and dining experience a very pleasant one. Lovely food and very helpful staff. Can’t thank you enough. I ordered takeaway for a birthday dinner tonight. The food was delicious, except for the garlic bread. All of the portions were burnt black. It would not have been acceptable to serve in the restaurant, so I'm disappointed they sent it out like that. It's a shame, because everything else was fantastic.

Cheeky Nandos. Always hits the spot. Juicy chicken, lots of tasty sides. It's a huge calorie hit but who cares. Butterfly chicken is my personal favourite. Not cheap mind can cost 15-20 quid depending on options. Everytime I come back to the UK I get a Nandos

We had a wonderful meal and excellent service from Leah. The food arrived quickly and the COVID protocols were explained thoroughly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice food, always hot on arrival and doesn’t usually take long. Good usually arrives at table within 20-30 minutes. Bottomless soft drinks also. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was OK, toilets clean, table disgustingly sticky so not cleaned properly and the seats at our table were unclean too. I expected better.

Terrible service. Poorly run, they won’t serve outside tables and make you wait outside rather than using notifications like other Nandos.
