L'Eau Sel Réserver une table

We arrived half an hour before opening but we're not turned away. We had a friendly welcome from waiter Michel. We were invited upstairs to a beautiful with an amazing view of the Etang Thau for a drink until our table was ready. This was very quick! We had a beautiful fish meal. Michel was very attentive and friendly. We shall certainly be returning!The Rogers Family

We've been in this magnificent resteurant at lunch time: food and service of waiting staff was absolutely amazing. Fish is the main dish that all the people has to try in this resteurant. Very good price. Excellent. Congratulations

Went to the restaurant because it had a nice view of the Etang de Thau and Sète in the background. Didn't check recommendations beforehand. The service was fine, nothing special, and the restaurant was still quite empty. Got our food very fast. Starters and main dishes served and eaten in less than an hour. Quality of food medium. I had a Tartare de coquilles St. Jacques, which didn't taste like much. My husband's Soupe de poisson was okay, but not hot enough. Main dishes: grilled Loup de mer was very fresh and tasty, my husband's Entrecote was huge, but 1/3 of it was fat. The pepper sauce that came with it was a joke. We passed on desserts and coffees and went to a little bar on the seafront instead. Overall: can't really recommend the place.

We had soupe de poisson and a scallop salad. My soup was only partly warm and for 12 euros quite small. Main course was fillet of sea bass and entrecôte with pepper sauce. The fish was good. My entrecôte was a big fatty piece of meat but it tasted good. The pepper sauce seemed to be a very thin cream with ground black pepper in it. Looked unappetizing and didn't taste good, very disappointing considering the price. Overall this is one to forget. I wouldn't recommend it. Shame a lot of promise from the outside but the cook was not up to it.

We visited restaurant with 10 other people. The restaurant dealt really well with all of us. The meal was delivered promptly without rushing us. The food was lovely, and the staff were very helpful.

Came here by surprise and a good one at that . Wonderful fresh seafood and fish . Service fast and professional . Will come back again .

Had a lovely meal with over 20 friends and family on Sunday night. The staff where very helpful both when I booked and on the night, the food was first class and I thought good value. It would have been even better with nicer weather to enjoy the setting but can't blame the restaurant for that.

We ate in l'eau Sel one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The waiter was attentive and the seafood we ate was tasty. I particularly enjoyed the fish soup.
