I stayed in Montbeliard for an extended work trip, initially cam here as the hotel offered a discount and said it was excellent, well I kept coming back, the staff were excellent and so was the food...had a lot of the menu and couldn't complain about much at all. Great spot too, nice to sit and have a drink outs doe in the good weather
We visited serveral times with collegues from 2 persons up to 10. For now each time I went there food was ok and especially pizza was good.... also some of my colleages experienced different... what is very disappointing is the service and friendlyness We wanted to have additional two places for collegues - that were obviously free and we were refused... then after some while random people sat there... so just one experience but in total adds up to other impressions here and they should work on that... otherwise it would be a place to recommend!
I stayed in Montbeliard for 1 night and this restaurant was indicated by the owner of the hotel where I stayed (Hotel de La Balance - see my review).I ordered meat with some vegetables; a "caprese" as appetizerr.Food was reaaly good, meat well cooked.Service ok ( very nice waitresses!!!)Very good ratio price/quality; I spent 22 euros for unique meat dish with fries, appetizer and glass of wine.
Love this restaurant, however I always ordered the same thing over and over again. I think it is Fettuccini with Escargot. Anyway you won't miss it. Unfortunately when I had lunch there from time to time, it was completely full and I had waited long enough to get from "just a little bit hungry" to "damn where's my food!". That"s why I only give 4 stars. Btw last time I ate there was Nov 2013.
We visited this restaurant after we checked into our hotel. We had been driving all day, it was rainy, dark and cold. Found this restaurant , open on a Monday, not many French restaurants are, especially in a small town.We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered spagetti bolognese and tagliatelle with snails ! Great , Food was tasty and pipping hot, they have good desserts too.
