Nice surprising concept ......You order food and you to the modern cellar Bottles and bottles face you at the right temperature 3white 3red... 36 if I remember ....and...You learn by yourself, briefly, what is in the bottle (it's written next the label)You take control, you become sommelier for few seconds and three digital button, you decide of the quantity (3 options) You glass in your hand you go back to your table and food arrives We toke a plate of charcuterie and a plate if cheeses. It's not plate it wooden board.Quality is great, quantities the different charcuteries are more than enough, cheeses are at same level... delicious Of course we liked to play so to sommelier three, four, times during the all dinner... but also yes also, bread is absolutely fantastic.One more thing, the team, two girls in very well decorated restaurant, stunning design, they are pleasant with a permanent sweet smile attentive professional. all together the wine the food the place the service was really more than reasonable in terms of budgetI ll go again next time for a wooden board of foie gras (5 pieces) miamI am JeanMarc and I approve this review
