Looking for a restaurant on this hot and long week end, all restaurants where full, so we were happy to finally find one with free places. This should has been a sign .The waitress was cool so all was starting fine. I asked for a plug to charge my phone, without any problem inside the restaurant. When came the menu, we discovered that it will probably not be a gastronomic meal, only classic proposals, tartare steak, lasagnes, salmon pasta, but we did not mind as the place was fine.Despite three or four occupied tables we had to wait quite long before starting the dinner in the dimness. Some restaurant floor lamps around but not working.Meals were not that bad but without any special value and taste.Going back inside for the bill and pick up my quite new phone with charger ... it was gone away! stolen! The waitress was really concerned and worried but the boss just replied that it was not a surprise with all people around ... only three outside tables, nobody inside i replied ... I have had to insist to get him noticing my name and a phone number on a small Postit dropped at the far end of a drawer ... to call me back, never happend.Poor service and quality, you can get the same view for free ...

We had lunch here 'on spec' after a walk around the beautiful lake. It was a Monday and the restaurant was very quiet. The waiter was very friendly (I speak enough French to get by) and was able to give us all the attention we needed with time to crack jokes. The food was very good - respectively: snail ravioli, magret / jambon persillée, chicken ballotine - followed by some perfectly competent sweets. There was a mackerel pate with our aperitifs and an amuse bouche of pea purée. Everything was tasty, well cooked and well presented. Not Michelin star material but good enough for a perfectly acceptable lunch. Looking at the other all reviews, it seems that Monday is the day to go. Both the lake and the restaurant were quiet and it made for a very satisfying trip.
