Warmly welcomed, and shown to a table.....the place is positively buzzing and obviously very popular with the locals......there is a lovely atmosphere, with tables smiling and chatting to each other, including us......We were welcomed by Olivier the patron, who asked us if we would prefer to speak in English (oops......we do try, but obviously not hard enough)! so he compromised and told us he would speak English, and we could speak French.....truly a jovial happy man who made us feel part of the community. The menu is extensive, but my husband chose the goats cheese salad, which was enormous, and I am ashamed to say, I chose the spaghetti bolognaise which was also delicious, but equally enormous...needless to say, neither of us could finish our meal....but that didn't prevent us from being total pigs and having an ice cream......very plebeian, but suited us just fine.....Truly well worth a visit, and we will most certainly be returning every time we are returning to the Plymouth from Roscoff....Thank you to all the staff, and the chef....really good and VERY filling meal.
