Two experiences within one sitting. We ordered almost exactly the same thing Entrecote Classic with baked potatoes and vegetables; 33cl and 25cl beer 1664 , complete with side salad. Waitress was prompt, courteous and had the side salads on the table before I got back from washing hands. Unfortunately, salad was drenched in dressing so that vegetables in the bottom were actually floating once I had eaten the lettuce on top. The small steaks (each at 16.95 Euro) were ordered medium and medium rare mine, the medium rare, arrived as ordered. My wife 's was overcooked and consisted at least half of fat and sinew almost completely inedible. She attempted to eat the steak, but gave up after only a few minutes. We finally got the waitress to come over and she explained the problem; waitress gazed at the plate and then asked if she would like another my wife said 'yes '. I had ordered corn on the cob with my steak it had arrived almost cold; I must admit, other than the temperature, the corn was very good. My steak was tender, cooked as ordered and tasty. Baked potato was cooked properly and came with sour cream so, other than the not so warm corn and the soaked salad, my meal was good. They finally brought my wife 's second steak French fries were added this time in place of the baked potato but it was immediately obvious the steak had not been prepared as those before. Grit and debris from the grill covered the steak it had been prepared 'medium ', as requested, but the grit from previous steaks or other grill matter adhered to the steak I tasted the steak and felt the same grittiness. Because we both were hungry, we finished our plates, paid, and left. Waitress was prompt with the bill, when asked, and courteous as we paid. The Buffalo Grill receipt had a website that asked for a review, but the review site only offered a point and click option for each aspect of the dining no way to convey comments. We have eaten at this restaurant before, but had usually ordered the spareribs menus. After this experience, we shall not dine there, again.
